What is your role at CI?
”As a leader with CI Solutions my daily activities fall into 2 buckets; to monitor and motivate with intention. I monitor the quality of our client engagement and our work product to ensure we remain aligned with our stated mission to be our clients' best advocate through the lifecycle of their projects. Every day I actively motivate our team members to be the best versions of their unique selves.”
What is your favorite thing about working at CI?
”It is a blessing to work at something that one loves. I love to build! Everyday CI SOLUTIONS affords me the opportunity to build relationships, to build marketing strategies, to develop seasoned professionals and, of course, to build beautiful workplace environments. All joy!”
What’s your favorite current design trend? (fashion, interiors, graphic, etc.)
”I do not do trends! I cannot identify particular trends because I have an eclectic appreciation for great design which transcends era or culture. I confess, I am not a huge fan of the 80's fashion revival that we are in at the moment! I burned all my Polaroids! We can skip the 80's altogether!”
What’s your favorite item in your closet?
”Currently??! LOL! Olive color Chuck Taylor high top Converse sneakers Courtney (little sister) gifted to me. They are my go-to footwear for now. It always changes though!”
What’s your morning routine?
”My morning routine is pretty regimented. I clothe myself with prayer, journaling and meditation before I actually get to dressing for the day. Oh, and I always make my bed!”
If your life was a movie, what would it be called?
”'Seabiscuit' - I believe we don’t give up on people because they get banged up or because they are a little broken.”
Where’s your favorite place to shop?
”I am a Sprouts girl! I love love this market. People can be identified by their choice of markets. I am definitely spontaneous, so I like a little magic in my marketing experience!”
What’s your go-to meal?
Cranberry and almond KIND bar combined with a 70-calorie skinny bar. Breakfast of champions!
What tech item could you not live without? (Don’t say your phone!)
”I am a candle fanatic! I cannot live without my electric candle lighter. It recharges with the USB so I am never without juice, and tases candle wicks to life!”
