Favorite Holiday Recipe: Fiambre “It is a Guatemalan dish that we eat on November 1st (All Saints Day) in honor of our loved ones that are gone.”
Favorite Holiday Tradition: “Go with my family to the cemetery, decorate with flowers the headstones of my passed relatives and then go back together to my aunt’s house to eat Fiambre (she is the one that cooks it).”
